Now to add the spices. Next stop is filtration, making it crystal clear (but damn tasty) brine! 👌🏼

🥒 PICKLE POTATO SALAD 🥔

While your potatoes boil, mix 2/3 mayo with 1/3 wholegrain mustard. Chop and add spring onions and pickles. Mix.

Pop your potatoes on a baking tray and smash ‘em flat with the base of a jar - a mug will do too! Drizzle with oil, season and pop in the oven at 195 for 35 mins or until crispy.

Stir it all together, adding some dill and more pickles, obviously! Top with chives. EAT!
